Environmental Standards

As landowner, the city council will expect all developments to be built to the highest environmental standards.

All buildings will be required to aim for a BREEAM Excellent rating, which is an accepted industry standard assessing the environmental performance of buildings.

The Infrastructure will be required to aim for a CEEQUAL Excellent rating which is the civil engineering equivalent of BREEAM.
