Parking

Parking will be provided for each development, in accordance with the Local Plan standards.

The South Bristol Skills Academy propose to provide 150 spaces to the rear of their building. This will serve staff, students and visitors of the academy. This will not be a public car park.

The South Bristol Community Hospital will provide a 220 space car park to the land south of the hospital building that will serve visitors, patients and staff. Disabled parking will be provided.

The Leisure Centre will provide a 300 space car park on land to the south of the Leisure Centre building. Disabled car parking will be provided.

There will be charges for car parking in order to manage demand and generate income to maintain the provision. Details of the charging regime will be published in due course.
