Parking

Parking will be provided for each development, in accordance with the Local Plan standards.

The South Bristol Skills Academy propose to provide 150 spaces to the rear of their building. This will serve staff, students and visitors of the academy. This will not be a public car park.

The South Bristol Community Hospital propose to provide 220 spaces to the land south of the hospital building. These will serve visitors, patients and staff. Disabled car parking will be provided immediately adjacent to the southern edge of the building.

A 300 space car park will be provided to serve the Healthplex to the south of the building. Further details of this will be provided as part of the Healthplex planning application (which is expected to be submitted in the summer of 2008).
