The over-arching aim of Hengrove Park contribute to the transformation South Bristol into one of the most sought after areas in the South West - a place to live work, invest and play.
The site will ultimately feature a range of new homes both to rent and buy; employment sites both large and small, significantly enhanced public transport as well as a high quality, large park. Built to meet the highest level of design and sustainability standards, the development will offer the best in modern urban living.
The focus at this stage is on Phase 1 of Hengrove which will deliver the South Bristol Community Hospital, the South Bristol Skills Academy, the Healthplex and potentially new headquarters for Computershare. This section of the website will cover the key themes which impact on all four projects. It will expand to cover other key themes as the project develops (such as drainage and ecology).
