Computershare's European Headquarters is currently based in Bristol at the Pavilion's Building on Bedminster Down. They wish to move into new premises which better meet their long-term business needs. They are committed to staying in Bristol, and Hengrove Park offers an opportunity to create bespoke facilities for their future.

Computershare are working up plans for the plot adjacent to The Mounds, fronting onto Whitchurch Lane. Their development will include a 19,000 sqm office and warehousing facility. This will be subject to public consultation and planning.

A planning application for this is expected to be submitted in Autum 2008.
